Audio Response System

The CTECU Audio Response System provides members with 24-hour access to their Credit Union accounts. Members need their Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access this system from any touchtone phone. User friendly messages, professionally recorded, are designed to assist members easily with their specific needs.

The following are just a few of the exciting features the system has to offer:

• Verify checking account balances
• Verify savings account balances
• Make transfers between savings and checking accounts
• Inquire about history information for all accounts
• Verify loan balances
• Make loan payments
• Request that a check be mailed to the member's address
• Request that a check be printed and held at the credit union for pickup
• Verify Certificate of Deposit balances
• Inquire about a specific draft clearing status

Currently ATM service is offered (free of charge) at the following location:

• CTECU Branch: 3100 Wilcrest, Suite 141

You may use your ATM Card at any ATM displaying the following networks:

Pulse / Cirrus / MPact / The Exchange / Plus

however, a fee of $1.00 per transaction will be charged to your account in addition to any surcharges assessed by the ATM provider.
 

Pulse Select™ ATM Program

Participation in this program by CTECU allows our ATM cardholders surcharge-free access to their accounts at participating ATMs. By logging onto www.selectatm.com our cardholders can immediately identify surcharge-free Select ATM locations.
 

CO-OP Network ATM Program

Participation in the CO-Op Network program by CTECU allows our members to have access to many other surcharge-free ATM terminals.
 

Debit Cards

CTECU is now offering Debit Cards to members.  All you have to do is call us (713 432-6572 or 713 532-7570) and an application and disclosure form will be mailed.

Verified by Visa

CTECU is now offering you Verified by Visa . Verified by Visa puts you in control when shopping online: only you can approve purchases using your private password.
